绿建环评 (BEAM)

今时今日,大家在饮,食,住各方面都讲求“绿色”生活! 如何将“绿色” 带进生活? 当香港越来越多高楼大厦,社会大众日益重视楼宇对环境的影响。绿建环评是香港针对绿色建筑于1996年而设立的评估工具。它包括规划,设计,施工,管理,运作和建筑物的维修一系列的措施,并与当地法规,标准和行为守则一致。该方案适用于绿色建筑,包括新建筑物(NB),现有建筑物(EB)以及商铺,写字楼,零售商店的室内建筑(BI),促进“绿色和可持续发展建筑”的发展。评估完毕,建筑物的用户将获发卷标来证明建筑物的整体质素。

虽然BEAM属自愿性评估,但拥有绿色建筑标签的建筑物更能有效地识别该建筑较同类型的建筑物对环境的影响较低,比传统建筑物使用的能源,水和物料较少,该绿色建筑物可减少温室气体的排放,并降低建筑物对环境的影响。不仅如此,这可缔造建一个更安全,健康,舒适,实用和高效率的建设,得到进一步提升环境质素和提高用户的满意度。
